Lately, I've been a bit self-conscious about my under-eyes, but I'm not sure if it's due to fat bulging out or sagging.
I looked it up and saw that if there is under-eye fat or sagging, it can be improved with lower eyelid surgery. I'm curious at what stage of condition one should even consider surgery.

I had some protruding fat under my eyes, so I consulted with Elite Hospital about lower eyelid surgery and received the procedure.
