Hi everyone, I'm really torn. I've been wanting to get this treatment done, and I've inquired at clinics in Taiwan and had friends in Korea recommending it. It seems like it can be done in either place, but I'm really unsure where to go.
Taiwan is convenient, and follow-up appointments are close by, but I've heard that Korean techniques are quite popular. However, I'm unfamiliar with the area, the language isn't great, and it would require taking time off work... plus the cost of airfare, it's a significant expense. I'm worried about the hassle of returning for follow-up appointments if there are any problems.
Has anyone faced this choice? How did you ultimately decide? Was it due to a specific factor that led you to go to Korea, or did you feel that doing it locally was sufficient? I'd like to hear your honest considerations, regardless of which side you ultimately chose. Thank you!

Taiwan is really convenient for travel, isn't it? I had the same dilemma, but in the end, I decided based on "whether I could get immediate treatment if something happened." Aftercare is surprisingly important, so I feel it's much easier mentally to be geographically close.
