I sewed up a fallen button on my clothes over the weekend.

I tried Maunzaro 7.5 last year, and at first, it was really great because my appetite dropped drastically. However, after stopping it and neglecting my self-care, my weight eventually went back to how it was before. I learned firsthand that relying solely on the medication's effects without managing your lifestyle will ultimately backfire. I think anything is only meaningful when accompanied by consistent care.
Oh, thank you so much for the really realistic advice ㅠㅠ I thought I just needed to get the injections, but I see I have to take care of the aftercare as well... Thanks to you, I’ve started thinking about this more carefully!
I got the Jibunju injection at OTN. The weight loss effect was definitely better than not getting it. I was worried it might hurt, but it didn't hurt at all lol. Dieting is a woman's destiny, you know ㅠ You really need to go to a place that does it well ^^ If you're curious about the information, I'll send it to you via private message~~
There is a product called Asatrogen, and I highly recommend trying it!!! I’ve tried starving myself, blood sugar diets, the pig's trotters diet, and even tried everything down to level 7.5 with Maunza, but I always failed because of my appetite... ㅠㅠ Since I started taking Asatrogen, I've actually lost weight rather than gaining it, so I've settled on this one!
By any chance, how much weight did you lose..?
Uh... I think I've heard of this... haha. The effects are so good that I shouldn't take Kippaemom 120, right?
I lost 5 kilos in about 2 months by doing nothing but taking it before meals, and after that, I combined it with exercise and lost a total of 13 kilos over 6 months!
Oh, I've heard of that...; At first I thought it was clickbait, but seeing the effects firsthand, I can confirm it's the real deal; so now I only take it on cheat days to maintain my weight haha.
I really want to be just as good as Iscosbi before this summer.... I should try taking Asatrogen too. Thank you for letting me know^^
I realized that getting your diet right before starting on 7.5 seems to be the proper order. My cravings were a real problem for me too, but I found it much easier to control after taking craving-control supplements while following a proper diet. As the urge to overeat diminished, sticking to the diet came naturally, and it felt like it was becoming a habit.
Oh, I hadn't thought of appetite control supplements! May I ask which product you used? I really can't control my eating either, so I think we should look into that together.
Wow, isn't the Maunzaro 7.5 a bit too high? I'm currently considering the 2.5.
Maunzaro 7.5. I'm not entirely sure either, so I think it would be best to see a specialist...!
7.5 seems too high, so I would recommend trying diet supplements first instead.
Oh, actually, I got a recommendation for Acetrogen above, so I'm planning to take it!! That's awesome!
