Has anyone here had experience with post-minor procedure care? I need some advice 🙏

Hello everyone! I'm Tuyen, and I just had a minor procedure to improve my facial skin. The doctor said I need to be very careful with my skincare for the first few days, but I'm not sure what exactly to do to effectively reduce swelling and bruising.

I've asked for advice at the clinic, but I'd love to hear from others who have gone through this to know what it feels like and what I should prepare. Does anyone have any tips for post-procedure care? Like how long to apply cold compresses, or what to use to help speed up recovery...
