Hello ladies 💕 I just finished a minor cosmetic procedure here in Korea, and honestly, the swelling and bruising are a bit more than I expected. I'm from the UAE and this is my first time doing something like this, so I don't really know the best care routine for the coming days.

Has anyone here tried something similar before? I'm currently trying to use cold compresses and sleep with my head elevated, but I feel like there are things I don't know. Are there any specific tips that helped you with swelling and bruising? I'm not asking for medical advice, of course, but I'd love to hear from your personal experiences 🙂

Also, if any of you are going through this at the same time, we can share how we're dealing with it. I feel like having you with me will be a bit comforting and at least I won't feel so alone during this period!
