Hi everyone! I'm Cantika from Indonesia, and I'm planning to try aesthetic treatments in Korea next year. But I'm a bit confused about how to find a truly trustworthy clinic, especially regarding communication. I don't speak Korean, and my English is just okay, so I'm worried about miscommunication during consultations or treatments.
Has anyone been there before? How do you usually find safe clinics? Also, is it really important to find one with an Indonesian interpreter, or do many have staff who speak decent English? I'd also like to know what I should check or ask during the first consultation.
Honestly, I'm a bit nervous about this, so any tips or experiences from you all would be super helpful! Thank you~

Hi Kantika! I've been through the same thing, and in my experience, the most important thing is clear communication from the start — try to ask them to have English-speaking staff or even an Indonesian translator, because details about the procedure and expectations are really crucial and shouldn't be misunderstood. Besides that, don't hesitate to ask lots of questions during the initial consultation, like before-and-after photos from clients with similar conditions to yours, what the healing timeline is like, and how long the effects last — all of that can help you feel more confident! Good luck, hope everything goes smoothly 😊
