Hey everyone! I've been going back and forth on this for weeks and honestly need some perspective. I'm seriously considering getting a procedure done while I'm in Seoul next spring, but I keep second-guessing myself about whether it makes sense or if I should just do it here at home.
Like, I know Korea has amazing options and the experience seems really thorough, but there's something that makes me nervous about doing something on my body and then flying back home after. What if I have questions or need follow-ups? Plus there's the whole language barrier thing, even though I'm trying to learn more Korean. But then again, I've heard from people who say the clinics are super professional and they felt totally supported even as foreigners.
For those of you who chose to do it in Korea—what made you confident in that decision? And for anyone who decided against it or waited until they were home—what was your reasoning? I'm not looking for clinic recs necessarily, just trying to understand how you weighed the pros and cons. Is the cost difference actually significant enough to matter, or is that just something people talk about? Really grateful for any honest thoughts!
