Please tell me about swelling care after minor cosmetic procedures in Korea, and what items I should bring with me.

Hi, this is Yuna. I'm planning to have a minor procedure in Korea next month, but I'm worried about swelling care for the few days before I return home... What items would be useful to have from immediately after the procedure until I get home?

I'm especially concerned about swelling before and after flying. I've heard about cooling sheets and supplements, but what did those who actually brought prepare? Would over-the-counter medications be okay...?

Also, besides the post-procedure instructions I receive from the clinic, are there any other care products I should prepare myself? This is my first time, so I'd really appreciate hearing about the experiences of those who have gone before. I'd love to hear your honest opinions on what was truly helpful and what wasn't necessary. 😊
