How long until I can fly home after getting nose filler?

Hey everyone! So I'm planning a trip to Korea soon and I'm thinking about getting some filler work done on my nose while I'm there. I've never done it before though, and I'm a bit worried about the timing. I fly back to the US about 5 days after my appointment, and I'm wondering if that's enough time for any swelling or bruising to calm down? Like, I don't want to show up at the airport looking super puffy lol. Has anyone here done this and flown internationally after? How long did the recovery usually take for you? Any tips would be really helpful!
