Hi everyone, I'm from Hsinchu and I've been considering a treatment in Korea lately, but honestly, just thinking about the budget and itinerary is giving me a headache. I've read some reviews, and it seems the cost isn't just the treatment itself, but also includes airfare, accommodation, and food—it's easy to overspend. Could someone share how they usually plan their trip? For example, how many days is a reasonable stay? Should they fly back on the same day as the treatment, or stay an extra day or two?
My biggest worry right now is the budget. I know there are cheaper and more expensive treatment options in Korea, but I'm completely unsure how much money I need for a round trip. Airfare, hotels, treatment, plus miscellaneous expenses... it feels like no matter how I calculate it, it's not enough. Could someone share how they managed their budget? Or are there any expenses I easily overlook?
Also, if I'm having treatments in Seoul both ways, where would you recommend staying for convenience? I've never been to Korea before, so I'm a bit nervous. I would be so grateful if someone could share their experience!

This was my first time there too, and I really feel like the budget is hard to estimate 😅 I'd like to ask how much you ended up spending? Did it include all food, accommodation, and transportation, or just the cost of the cosmetic procedures? That would help me better budget for myself.
I understand how you feel! At first, I was also preoccupied with calculating the budget. What I realized after actually going there is that it's best to arrive a few days before the treatment and have 2-3 days to relax afterward. Going home the same day puts a lot of strain on your body, and it's reassuring to be able to slowly monitor your recovery. Also, I was surprised that accommodation costs were higher than I expected around Myeongdong and Gangnam because they are tourist areas. Checking the average prices on various websites beforehand will make it easier to plan your budget!
I'm also in the same situation and thinking about a similar trip from the Emirates! Honestly, worrying about the budget and schedule is very normal, but I think you'll find great answers here from the sisters who have already tried it.
