Should I do it in Korea or Japan... I'm agonizing over it

Hello, it's Haruka. I've been struggling with something for a while and decided to post to hear everyone's opinions. I want to get cosmetic procedures done, but I can't decide whether to do it in Japan or Korea. I've heard really good things about clinics in Korea, and the prices seem to be lower, plus I'm tempted to go as part of a trip.

However, there are parts of me that think it might be safer to just do it in Japan... If something goes wrong, they can handle it immediately, and there's no language barrier. Also, when I think about aftercare, it seems easier to go to a local clinic.

For those who have had procedures done in Korea or in Japan, how did you decide? I'd be happy if you could tell me what was most important to you in terms of pros and cons. I want to hear about any anxieties you had about being in Korea, and what it was really like...!
