What language do you use for consultations in Seoul?

Hello, I'm Kaori. I'm planning to visit Seoul next month for cosmetic treatments, but I'm a little worried about the language barrier... I can speak English reasonably well, but I feel more at ease when I can explain subtle nuances in Japanese.

What do you all do? Has anyone consulted with doctors using only English? Or are you looking for places that offer Japanese services? Honestly, especially with cosmetic procedures, I want to be able to clearly communicate my hopes and concerns, right?
