Hello everyone! I've been contemplating something a lot lately. I was planning to get a certain procedure done, but now I'm torn between getting it done in Mongolia or going to Korea for it. I'm confident there are great specialists here, but I've also heard about the scale and expertise of Korean procedures.
I've been thinking a lot about the differences between these two options and the cost involved. I believe that getting the procedure done in my home country's clinics would save me travel expenses and time. However, going to Korea would offer the opportunity to gain experience and potentially see more. How did you all make this decision? What factors were most helpful to you?
If anyone has been in a similar situation, I'd love to hear your stories. How did you come to your decision, and what influenced your choice? I'm eager to hear any advice or experiences you might have!

I'm also torn between these two options! Reading your post, I really resonated with it because the cost and travel time are also things I'm considering. I'm looking forward to hearing about other women's experiences and how they decided.
I'm struggling with the same dilemma 😅 Whether to go to Korea or do it locally... When you think about the cost and time, it's really difficult, isn't it? But I want to hear more experiences from Korea, so I'd love to hear from someone who's actually been!
I totally get the dilemma! From my experience, the biggest consideration is how the follow-up process will work when I return to Indonesia—it's easier if there's a doctor I can easily reach. But I also love the idea of going to Korea because I can research directly, check out a few places, and hear stories from local friends who have already had the experience 😊
I totally get your dilemma! I also went back and forth between options in China and coming to Korea, but in the end, I felt it really depends on your own time and budget. Plus, finding a doctor you trust is more important than where you get it done.
I understand, I totally get that hesitation! I was in the same boat, but I realized in the end that choosing a place where you can get reliable counseling is the most important thing. When you consider practical things like language concerns and aftercare, I think you'll see where you can feel most at ease.
I totally get your dilemma! I was also torn for a long time between going to clinics in China and going to Korea, and in the end, I decided to go to Korea for the experience. The main reason was to see the professional standards and service processes there. But honestly, there are reliable experts on both sides, and the key is whether you trust the doctor and if you can find recommendations from experienced friends.
Honestly, I'd say think about what matters most to you—for me it was being able to do consultations in person and taking time to explore the area, which felt worth the trip. Plus having local support during recovery was huge for my peace of mind, even though the upfront cost was more. Just make sure whoever you choose, you feel comfortable asking questions and don't rush the decision!
