Hi, my name is Pim. I'm currently very conflicted about whether to do a certain skincare treatment at home or go to Korea to get it done. I have the facilities at home, so it would be cheaper, but I also want to try the Korean experience because I've heard many people go there.
I'm actually a little worried about recovery time, as doing it at home might cause some unusual problems. But going to Korea would be expensive. I'd like to know what others think. Has anyone ever decided between these two options? Is Korea really that good, and is it just hype?
If anyone has been to Korea, could you please share your experience? Did you think it was worth it, and how did you decide? Because I really need reassurance before buying my plane ticket.

I understand your hesitation! I struggled with this myself. I eventually decided to go, and the biggest takeaway wasn't the treatment itself, but seeing how the local professionals handled post-treatment care and maintenance. After returning home, I learned even better methods. However, to be honest, the flight costs and time investment are quite high. If you already have the necessary tools and confidence at home, perhaps you could try it first, and only consider going if you truly encounter a bottleneck? I'd love to hear your final decision!
I totally understand how you feel! I haven't tried it in Korea yet, but I've seen a lot of friends go. Some say it's totally worth it, while others say it might be expensive and unnecessary 😅 I'm curious to know what those who've been have to say about recovery from treatment and preparation before going.
