Hello, I'm Hana from the UAE and I'm seriously considering traveling to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've heard a lot about the expertise of the doctors there and the natural results, but I'm really hesitant about traveling from the UAE, the overall costs, and the time away from work and family. Is it worth all this effort?
I understand that good doctors can be found in Dubai as well, but there seems to be something different about the Korean reputation in this field. At the same time, I'm worried about the recovery period and remote medical follow-up. I have questions about how to choose a doctor from here, and how do you arrange initial consultations?
Do any of you have personal experience with this? How did you decide if the trip was worth it? Did you face any difficulties with communication or follow-up after returning? Any practical advice would help me make the right decision?

I totally understand your concerns! 😊 When I first visited Seoul, I was also a bit hesitant. What helped me make the decision was finding people who had already been and asking them for specific details, like how to contact them or if I could send photos/videos online. I think the post-treatment care is really important. Try asking the people you find how they handle follow-up care.
