Hello, friends! I'm Ariun. I'm planning to get a nose filler in Korea soon. However, if I come from abroad, I'll need to stay in Seoul for a few days before the procedure. I want to know how long I need to wait after that before I can fly.
Has anyone cried after this procedure or experienced any issues? What was the latest you could fly after your last procedure? How quickly do you recover if you use a non-animal-based filler? I have so many questions, haha.
I understand I'll need to consult with my doctor right before flying – I'm aware of that. But for a general idea, who here knows approximately what the timeframe is? I'd appreciate any help!

I'm curious, which country in Seoul are you planning to stay in? And are you flying back to Thailand? I'm asking because I'm wondering if long flights like this affect follow-up appointments with your doctor after the procedure 😊
Hey Ariun! I'm actually thinking about doing something similar when I go to Seoul next month, so I'm following this thread too! From what I've read in other posts here, people usually mention needing a few days before flying, but honestly it seems to vary so much person to person—definitely worth asking the clinic directly when you book. Let me know what they tell you!
Reading your post, I really understand! I'm also a foreigner and had the same concerns 😅 about how long I'd have to wait before I could get on a plane. I recommend talking directly to the doctor because they'll be able to tell you best what's suitable for you. But generally, many people can undergo light training for different types of lasers and then proceed with the procedure, just like you did!
Hii! From my experience traveling to Korea, I recommend staying a minimum of 3-4 days after your procedure before flying, but this really depends on how your body responds. The most important thing is to consult directly with your doctor before booking your return ticket, as everyone is different 😊
I also flew from Vietnam to get this done, and honestly, the most important thing is to ask your doctor before your flight, because everyone is so different! I only know that you need to keep your face still for the first few days, avoid hot water, and laughing too much 😄, but the specific timing really depends on your body.
I understand how you feel because I was in the same situation! I think consulting a doctor is the most reliable option, but my friend also waited a few days after her procedure until the swelling and bleeding subsided. It's best to get the doctor's OK before flying 😊
