I'm planning a minor procedure before my trip to Korea in a few weeks, but I'm worried about the swelling and how to care for it while flying and being outdoors. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What should I bring to help reduce swelling and protect my skin?

I know ice packs are important, but I'm not sure how to pack them in my luggage. Also, are there any creams or serums that you trust and are easy to carry while traveling? I want to be well-prepared so the procedure can heal as well as possible.
