Is getting eyelash extensions done in Seoul a good option?

Hello! My name is Zaya from Mongolia. I have been thinking about getting double eyelid surgery in Seoul for a while. I feel like it is possible here in Mongolia, but it sounds like Seoul is a good place to introduce it. However, the interesting thing is the time, money, and additional costs of the procedure.
