My concern is communication, and I don't know how to choose a truly safe clinic because there's so much information out there. If anyone from abroad, like me, has looked for clinics before, could you please share where you found your information?

Most importantly, I need to check if they have Thai-speaking interpreters or staff, or even English speakers. When I first visit, what should I ask? For example, are there other things I should look into? Do I need to check for licenses? Honestly, I'm not sure how to find this out.
