Since I'll be flying in from China and will need to fly back after the procedure, I wanted to ask experienced sisters for advice on how best to take care of myself during the swelling period.

I've heard that reducing swelling is very important, but I'm still a bit confused about the specifics. There's so much conflicting information online – some say cold compresses, others say hot compresses. I really don't know who to listen to. Also, should I prepare any specific skincare products before flying back home? Are there any general types of products you'd recommend? I'd prefer to take care of my skin myself at the hotel and avoid bothering the clinic.

Additionally, I'm wondering if my face will swell more during the flight? I'm a little worried about being embarrassed when I see my friends back home, haha. Has anyone experienced this before and can share some advice? Thanks everyone!
