Hello, I'm Lina from the UAE and I'm planning to come to Seoul soon for some cosmetic procedures. The problem is that I can't read Korean well, and when I try to find clinics and doctors, I find a lot of reviews, but most of them are in Korean or on local websites that I don't understand.
Can someone tell me how to trust reviews when I can't read them clearly? What are the things I should look for, and what are the red flags that might indicate something isn't right? For example, should I look for specific before and after photos, or are there other things more important?
I know there are many services that help foreign tourists, but I'm afraid they might be overpriced. Do you have any advice for someone who can't communicate fluently in Korean?

Hey Lina, I totally get the language barrier stress — I'm in the same boat planning my Seoul trip soon! Honestly, I've been asking around in some international expat groups here and people seem to have good luck using translation apps on their phone when reading reviews, plus a lot of clinics that cater to tourists have English-speaking staff or coordinators, so that helps a lot. You're not alone in this worry at all!
