Hi everyone, I'm Hien from Vietnam. I'm considering going to South Korea for a cosmetic procedure, but I'm really worried about planning my finances for the trip. I'm not only concerned about the cost of the procedure itself, but also about airfare, accommodation, and how long it will take to recover and return to work. I've never had anything like this before, so I'm a bit anxious about how to plan everything properly.
Could you give me some advice on overall planning? For example, how long should I stay, or should I fly a few days in advance to check things out? I've heard that recovery time varies depending on the procedure, but I'm still not entirely sure. And one more thing, when should I start saving to avoid feeling too stressed? 😅
Has anyone gone through this before and can share their experience? Thanks everyone!

Hey Hien! I totally get the stress about budgeting for the whole trip — I did something similar last year and honestly, I'd recommend giving yourself at least 1-2 weeks if you can swing it, just so you're not rushing recovery while sightseeing 😅 That way you can rest properly the first few days and then explore a bit toward the end. Definitely start saving early though, because flights + accommodation + the procedure itself adds up quick!
