Should we do it in Taiwan or fly to South Korea? What's everyone's decision?

Hi everyone! I'm Tzuyu, and I'm currently struggling with a decision. I've been wanting to get a cosmetic procedure done, and there are clinics in Taiwan that offer this service, but I've seen many people say that it's more cost-effective and the techniques are more advanced in Korea. I'm really hesitant about flying there specifically...it's about convenience, and there's the cost, plus I'm not sure how much of a difference there will be.

My main concern is what to do if any problems arise after the procedure, and how to handle follow-up care back in Taiwan. Time is also an issue; I can't take too much time off work. But I've heard that many Taiwanese people specifically travel to Korea for these procedures, so I'm quite curious about everyone's experiences.

Has anyone faced a similar choice? How did you ultimately decide? What made you decide? Any suggestions are welcome, thank you!
