How should I deal with swelling and what skincare products should I bring if I'm going abroad after a minor cosmetic procedure?

Hi everyone! I recently had a minor procedure done in Seoul, and the results were pretty good, but I have to fly back now. I've heard that swelling is usually quite noticeable in the days following the procedure, and I'm a little worried that flying might worsen it. Has anyone experienced this?

Also, I'm unsure which skincare products to bring. The doctor gave me some instructions, but I didn't fully understand some of the terminology. Generally speaking, what kind of skincare products do I need at this stage? Can I bring cooling compresses on the plane? Or is it more convenient to buy them at a local drugstore?

If any of you have also gone through post-operative travel abroad, that would be so helpful! Could you share how you handled it? I'd like to know your experiences so I don't buy things haphazardly. Thank you all!
