But I'm a bit confused because most reviews and experiences are shared on Korean local platforms that I can't read well. I can use Google Translate, but I'm afraid of missing important details or getting the meaning completely wrong.

Can anyone give me tips on how to filter reliable reviews? Also, what are the red flags I should avoid when looking for a clinic? For example, how can I tell the difference between genuine reviews and those that might be fake or from marketing itself?

I'm also curious, for foreigners like us, is it better to look for clinics with English-speaking staff or translators? Or are there many that can handle communication with guests from outside Korea? What has your experience been like?
