Hello everyone! I'm Yawen from Taiwan. I'm currently considering some cosmetic procedures in Korea, but honestly, I'm a bit unsure. Although I speak a little Korean, I'm still worried about communication issues when it comes to medical consultations. I'd like to ask everyone, how do you foreigners usually find trustworthy clinics? Are there any warning signs to be aware of?
I'd especially like to know how everyone confirms that clinics offer good translation or English consultation services? I've seen some places seem to have Chinese customer service, but I'm not sure if the doctors themselves speak English or Chinese. Also, what questions should I ask the doctor during the initial consultation to make them seem more professional and reliable? Does anyone get a referral from a friend, or are there any safer channels?
I hope experienced people can share their insights! I really don't want to spend money and then have problems, so I'd rather do my research. Thank you!
