Planning a trip to Korea to create a procedure... how should I budget for it?

I'm planning to go at the end of this year, but I'm confused about the budget and overall planning. I'm not sure how to allocate the budget. For example, I've searched online and found many conflicting price quotes for the procedure itself.

I'm also hesitant about managing myself before and after the procedure. How many days should I stay in Korea for safety? Should I go alone or with a friend? Will the recovery period affect my subsequent sightseeing? Is it mandatory to stay in my room for the first month?
