Please help 🥺 How can I read Korean reviews and choose a clinic safely?

My name is May, and I'm from Thailand. I'm currently thinking about getting cosmetic procedures done in Korea, but I'm facing a problem because I'm not good at reading Korean. 😭 I'd like to ask, when looking at reviews on websites or apps, can anyone tell me how to distinguish between genuine reviews and those that might be... well, not very trustworthy?

Also, are there any symptoms or signs I should watch out for when chatting or inquiring with clinics? For example, if they say the results will be absolutely perfect, is that safe? Looking at it all, I feel like this is so difficult to navigate. 😅 Can anyone who's been through this as a foreigner please offer some advice on where to find reliable information?
