What are some good things to bring on a trip to help with swelling after a facial contouring procedure?

Hi, this is Sayaka. I'm planning to continue my trip after getting a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea, and I'd like some advice on how to manage swelling. My face is a little swollen right after the procedure, right? How does everyone deal with it?

I'm especially interested in any skincare products that were helpful to bring along on a trip. Things like cooling products or items to reduce swelling – anything that was convenient to have – please share your experiences. Also, any personal experiences, like experiencing severe swelling on a plane immediately after the procedure, would be helpful.
