I've been considering coming to Seoul for some medical aesthetic procedures recently, but I've run into a problem – many clinic reviews are in Korean, and my Korean skills are really not that good. Translation software sometimes gives very strange translations, and I'm not sure which ones are genuine patient feedback.

I'd like to ask you all, how do you interpret Korean reviews? Are there any tips that can help me determine if a review is authentic? I've heard that some clinics might have fake reviews, so how can I spot them?

Also, as a foreigner choosing a clinic, are there any red flags I should be particularly wary of? For example, those that promise extremely absolute results, or those with unprofessional attitudes – how should I judge them? I'd really love to hear everyone's experiences and advice, thank you!
