Hi everyone, I'm Diep, and I'm currently thinking about flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've seen many articles and videos about successful cases from friends, but I'm still not sure if it's worth the money and time for this trip. Do you have any experiences? I'm particularly worried about the total cost (flights, hotel, surgery) and the recovery process — will I have to stay in Seoul for a while?
Actually, I could also look for places to have it done in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, but I've heard that some people see different results in Korea. However, I'm not sure if that's a real difference or just psychology. What do you think about choosing a location versus flying abroad? Are there any things I should consider before deciding?
I'd love to hear from those who have gone through this or are thinking the same thing. Has anyone prepared for such a trip? What were the biggest challenges? 🤔

I also flew over from China last year to have it done. My biggest piece of advice is to allow enough recovery time and not rush things! I thought two weeks would be enough, but the swelling was quite noticeable in the first two weeks. I'm so glad I didn't fly back immediately 😅 As for the budget, you definitely need to budget more, in addition to the surgery fee, there are also airfare, hotel and food. I think it will be better to consult a few companies in advance to understand the price range.
