Hey everyone! So I'm flying out to Seoul next week to get some work done and I'm trying to figure out what to actually pack for recovery. I know I'll probably be dealing with some redness and swelling for a bit, and I don't want to be caught without the right stuff.
I'm thinking about bringing cooling masks from home since I'm not sure what's available or if I'll have time to hunt stuff down once I'm there. Also considering silicone scar sheets and maybe a good soothing gel? But honestly I have no idea if these are even necessary or if they're overkill lol.
Has anyone done a similar trip and packed their own aftercare items? What actually made a difference for you? And did you find it easier to just grab things locally, or was it better to have your own stuff? I'm kind of anxious about the whole recovery part so any honest experiences would really help!
