Hi everyone, I'm Tiantian. I'm considering getting a small beauty treatment during my business trip to Seoul, but I'm a little worried about aftercare when I get back home. I'll be staying there for a week before returning, so I'd like to ask experienced ladies how to take care of myself during the swelling period after the procedure?
I've heard that reducing swelling and calming the skin are especially important, but I'm unsure what products to bring. Could anyone share their experiences? For example, the order of steps like cold compresses, moisturizing, and sun protection? Also, are there any differences between products bought in China and those bought locally?
Additionally, if the swelling is quite noticeable, what can I do in my daily life to improve it? For example, diet and sleep? I'm not really sure about these details, so I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you!

I also had the same thought and I'm a little worried about the period after, but from what I've read, people say that if you take good care of yourself in the first few days, it helps a lot, and try to take simple things with you from home so you're more comfortable 😊
I had a similar experience. After returning home, the most important thing was to keep my skin clean and well-moisturized. I brought moisturizing sheet masks with me to use daily, and they helped stabilize my skin condition a lot! In addition, I also tried to get enough sleep and drink plenty of water, which I think also helped reduce the thickness of my face.
