Hi everyone! I'm Vy, and I'm planning to have a small procedure done in Seoul in the next two weeks. However, I'll need to fly back and resume my work shortly after. Has anyone had a similar experience? I'm concerned about swelling and proper aftercare in the following days, especially with flying and returning to my normal routine.
I'd like to ask what I should pack. Are there any products or tools that are easy to bring on a plane that can help reduce swelling and care for the treated area? I've heard about things like ice rollers or hydrating masks, but I'm not sure if they're truly effective or just a placebo, haha.
Also, does anyone have any advice on how to avoid the negative effects of flying? I'm worried that swelling will worsen due to changes in cabin pressure. Thanks in advance, everyone! 💙
