Hi everyone, I'm Kim from Vietnam. I'm planning to get some treatments in Seoul for the first time, but I'm really unsure how to read and trust reviews. My Korean is very basic, I can only guess a little with Google Translate, but I'm worried machine translation won't be accurate or will miss important details.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What's the best way to find reliable information? Should I look for reviews in English instead of relying on Naver or Google Maps? And can you point out any red flags when reading reviews – for example, things that make you think, "hmmm, I shouldn't like this"?
I'd also like to know: when contacting places, are there any important questions I should always ask to ensure we're communicating well despite the language barrier? Thanks in advance! 💕
