Hello! I am a foreigner from Mongolia who is on this site. I am having a lot of trouble choosing a hospital and a basket. I can't find reviews in Mongolian, but I try to read them in English and Japanese. But I am wondering how to trust the reviews written on Korean sites. How can I find some signs and choose the reviews that I think are worth learning?
Besides the above, what red flags do you think there are regarding the hospital? For example, the results are depicted in very good pictures, or the service is described too well... What do you think should be paid attention to in general? Has anyone been here before and received services? I am very interested. Thank you!

I completely understand your predicament! Choosing a clinic here is really difficult for foreigners. I also gradually figured it out after reading reviews in many different languages. I think the most important thing is to read reviews on multiple platforms and not just trust one place. Also, be wary of posts with overly perfect before-and-after photos. If possible, try to find real user testimonials on social media; they are usually more honest about the pros and cons.
