Hi everyone, it's Tian. I'm currently thinking about getting some aesthetic treatments in Korea, but my Korean language skills are really basic, and I can't understand anything on those review websites. Sometimes I use translation software, but it doesn't feel quite right. I'm wondering how everyone chooses clinics? Especially – if you can't understand the original text, how can you tell if a review is genuine or potentially problematic?
I've heard that some clinics might buy fake reviews or exaggerate results, so I'm a bit worried. What kind of review content or clinic descriptions do you think look suspicious? For example, should I be wary of anything that promises 100% results? Or are there any other red flags I should watch out for?
I'm also wondering if I should find a Korean-speaking friend to help me look? Or are there other more reliable methods? Thanks for all your advice!
