Is there a difference in absorption rate between liposomal multivitamins and regular products?
Do you know if the absorption rate and efficacy of liposomal multivitamins are clinically significantly higher than those of regular multivitamins, and what the recommended dosage schedule and precautions are?
I was curious about this too before. Later, I asked some friends who get beauty treatments in Seoul, and they said absorption rates do vary, but the specific results depend on the individual, right? I tried it myself for a while and felt my skin condition improved a bit, but I can't say for sure if it was because of the vitamins or something else, haha.
I'm not entirely sure about the scientific basis, but when I take liposomes myself, I do feel my skin condition has improved a bit compared to before. It might be a placebo effect, or perhaps the absorption is genuinely better 🤷♀️ I still recommend asking a doctor about the best way to take them, as everyone's constitution is different.
I've been wondering the same thing actually! I'm curious if anyone here has noticed a real difference between liposomal and regular multivitamins, or if it's more of a marketing thing? Would love to hear if people have done any comparing.
I'm also considering this issue. I feel like nutrients encapsulated in liposomes might be absorbed better, but I'm still a bit unsure about the specific effects. I hope to see some sharing from experienced individuals!
