As a foreigner, how can I understand Korean reviews? Are there any pitfalls to be aware of?

Hi everyone, I'm Rui from China. I'm currently considering getting a cosmetic procedure done in South Korea, but my Korean is really limited, and I'm having trouble understanding hospital reviews. Often I have to rely on translation software to barely understand, and I feel like I might miss some important information.

I'd like to ask everyone, how do you filter and trust these reviews? Are there any red flags I should be wary of? For example, should I be cautious if the reviews are overly perfect or all positive? Also, are there any better ways to verify the authenticity of reviews?

I'm also thinking about finding places with Chinese-speaking staff, or bringing a friend who speaks Korean with me for consultations. I wonder if that would make me feel more at ease. If you have relevant experience, especially as a foreigner getting procedures done here, I would really appreciate your advice. Thank you!
