Tips for treating swelling and aftercare products to take home?

Hi everyone! I'm Tari from Jakarta. So I'm planning to go to Korea for a petit procedure (possibly fillers or Botox, not sure yet) and I'm a bit confused about the aftercare.

What's worrying me is the swelling on the way home. What products are important to bring? I'm thinking maybe an ice pack or a soothing gel? But I don't know if anyone has any other recommendations.

And for the first few days of treatment, are there any special tips to make recovery more comfortable? I'm a bit nervous because I'm a first-timer, hehe. Thanks guys if anyone can share! 🙏
