I completely understand how you feel! It's really hard to persevere alone. I'm also thinking of finding a place where someone can regularly check on me and offer encouragement; that might make it easier to stick with it. I've heard that some projects do offer dedicated management services, but you'll have to ask around to find out the specifics.
