I always give up after three days when I try to stick to my routine alone, so I wish someone could check on me.
Are there any diet programs that also provide management support?

Diet clinics?? You know places like Juvis, right?
222 Me too, but I'm just eating a diet and taking Liporactin probiotics, and I've still lost 5kg.
I was assigned a dedicated manager at Kkotdam and received a lot of help!
It was even better because the medication prescription was also tailored to my individual needs.
It would be good if you could check it. Try doing a PT session.
JM Family Medicine is a functional medicine clinic, and since my attending physician provides continuous one-on-one care, I was able to diet without giving up. The diet IV drips are also very effective.
I completely understand how you feel! It's really hard to persevere alone. I'm also thinking of finding a place where someone can regularly check on me and offer encouragement; that might make it easier to stick with it. I've heard that some projects do offer dedicated management services, but you'll have to ask around to find out the specifics.
I totally get it, I'm often like that too haha. When I was in Korea, what helped most was the detailed initial consultation and the daily guidance they provided—but ultimately, our own commitment is what's most important. Maybe try finding a place that offers follow-up sessions, so at least there's someone to remind and support you 💪
