I'd like to know how severe the swelling will be since I'm flying back, and what products I should use to help with the recovery? Do sheet masks or cooling gels really help? I'm hesitant about what to buy, what's portable, and what's a reasonable price. 🤔

Also, what should I avoid after flying? Should I tie my hair back? Should I use sunscreen on the plane? I'm completely clueless! 😅 Thanks in advance for your answers!
