Hi everyone! I'm Wati from Indonesia, and I'm planning to get aesthetic treatments in Korea next year. But honestly, I'm a bit confused about how to evaluate good clinics from afar, especially since my Korean is still very basic 😅
I've seen a lot of online reviews, but I'm not sure how to distinguish between genuine reviews and those that seem... fake? Especially with translation apps, sometimes the context feels lost. Can anyone share tips on how to read reviews more carefully? Or are there specific red flags to watch out for?
Also, if I can only speak English and Indonesian, would it be better to contact the clinic directly before booking? I'm worried about miscommunication regarding what I want. I'd really appreciate it if anyone who has experienced this can share their wisdom! 🙏

Hi Wati! I'm planning the same thing and totally understand your concerns about language—super relatable! Personally, I think it's safer to contact the hospital directly via email or chat. Many of them have English-speaking staff, so we can clearly explain what we want instead of just relying on reviews. Keep up the spirit! 💪
