I'm torn between getting the procedure done in Vietnam or flying to South Korea. My friends praise South Korea highly, saying their technology is good and the results are long-lasting... but flying there is expensive, time-consuming, and I'm not sure if it's worth it. There are some decent clinics in Vietnam, but I've heard that the results aren't long-lasting, or if you're lucky enough to find a good one, the price isn't much cheaper.

I'd like to ask those of you who have faced this situation – how did you decide? Was it because you were concerned about the cost, or because you genuinely felt the difference in quality? I'm cautious, so I'm afraid of going to Korea and not being satisfied. But I'm also afraid of regretting it in the long run if I stay in Vietnam.
