Hey everyone! So I've been going back and forth on this for weeks now and I'd really love to hear how others navigated this decision. I'm thinking about getting a procedure done, and I could technically do it where I live in the US, but I've heard so much about the quality and expertise in Korea that I'm seriously considering making a trip out here instead.
The thing is, I'm not sure how to weigh the pros and cons, you know? Like, obviously traveling is an extra cost and hassle, but from what I've read, the experience and results seem really different. Plus there's the whole recovery time thing — would it be easier to recover at home where I can just chill, or is it actually better to be somewhere like Korea where you can follow up with the clinic in person?
Has anyone else wrestled with this choice? Did you end up going abroad or staying local? What made the difference for you — was it the price, the doctor's reputation, recovery convenience, or something else entirely? I'd love to hear your honest thoughts, even if it's messy! No judgment here, just trying to figure out what makes sense for my situation.

Not sure which clinic to choose?

I totally get your dilemma! I'm also from the US and initially wondered if doing it at home would be more convenient. But in the end, I decided to fly to Korea, mainly because I wanted to see the doctor in person, understand the whole process, and be able to go back for follow-up appointments if any issues arose during recovery. Honestly though, this decision really depends on the individual. You could try asking around where you live if there are any clinics that have used Korean doctors' techniques. That might help you clarify your thoughts even further!
