Hi everyone, I'm considering getting a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea, but I'm a bit worried about post-operative swelling. Since I'll be continuing my travel itinerary after the procedure, I won't be able to stay near the hospital for too long. So, I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience to share – how long does swelling typically take to subside? Also, should I bring some special post-care products from home, or can I buy them there?
I've heard some people use cold compresses or specific skincare products to help reduce swelling, but I'm not entirely sure how to go about it. Have any of you tried traveling right after a procedure with your luggage? How did you take care of your skin? Especially during flights or long car rides, do you have any recommendations?
Also, if I were to bring skincare products from home, would it be safer to bring gentle, soothing types? However, I'm not sure if there are better options available locally in Korea. Has anyone used any products that they found particularly helpful? Thanks!
