Hi everyone, I'm Tuyen from Vietnam. I've been researching eyelid surgery in Seoul and honestly, I'm struggling to decide if it's worth it. I've heard many people fly to South Korea for it, but when I calculate the costs of flights, accommodation, time off work... it feels quite expensive. I'm curious if anyone here has considered this, or if anyone has already had the procedure done there?
I'm not entirely sure if the quality in Seoul is significantly better than clinics in Vietnam. Of course, I know South Korea has a developed aesthetic industry, but everything has its pros and cons, right? I'm also worried about post-operative care – what if something goes wrong? Can I contact the doctor, or would I have to fly back?
If anyone has gone through this experience, please guide me. I'm trying to decide whether to choose a clinic abroad or domestically, and what other factors I should consider. Thank you all so much!

I have the exact same idea as you! Honestly, the cost of flights, hotel, and time off is quite a significant expense, and I'm also calculating to see if it's feasible. I'm also worried about post-surgery follow-up, just like you. If any issues arise, how do we communicate remotely? I hope someone who has gone through this can share their real experiences with us.
