Struggling between working in Vietnam or going to Korea... how do you all choose?

Hi everyone, I'm Tien, and I'm struggling with a tough decision. I want to get a cosmetic procedure done, but I'm unsure whether to do it in Vietnam or fly to Korea for peace of mind. Staying home is convenient and cheaper, but I've heard that their technology and experience are different. The issue is that going to Korea also involves costs for flights, hotels, and I'm not sure if the difference is truly significant.

I've done some research but still feel confused. Has anyone here been in a similar situation? How did you decide at the time? I'm looking for real experiences, not just advertisements. What factors are most important to you when considering this?
