Hey everyone! I'm heading to Korea in a few weeks for some treatments and I'm trying to figure out what to bring in my suitcase for recovery. I know I'll probably need cooling masks and maybe some silicone scar sheets depending on what I end up doing, but I'm honestly not sure which ones actually work or if I should just buy them there instead of packing them.
Does anyone have experience bringing their own aftercare products from home vs. just grabbing stuff in Korea? I'm wondering if the soothing gels and masks available at pharmacies there are actually better, or if I'm overthinking this lol. Also curious about what people found most helpful during their downtime — like, was the cooling mask actually necessary or more of a nice-to-have?
Thanks in advance! Any tips would be super helpful since I've never done this before and I want to be prepared but also not overpack 😅

Oh, I'm planning a trip to Korea too! I think it'll be easier to buy some makeup at home and then purchase more in Korea because of the luggage weight. 😅 I also think it would be best to bring some advice from here to ask the clinic for help with the care.
I totally understand how you feel! I was also struggling with what to bring when I went to Korea last year. Then I discovered that drugstores have a huge selection of soothing products, so you don't necessarily need to bring them from Taiwan. In fact, things bought locally are cheaper and quite effective. I think the key is to bring some basics, like gentle cleansers and moisturizing masks. You can buy other things in Korea as needed, that way your luggage won't be too heavy!
You have a question about aftercare in Korea. I was also wondering about the same thing; I'm not sure whether it's better to buy aftercare products there or bring them from Japan. Have you already tried anything, Poster? Or is this your first time getting this treatment?
Hello! Do you have any experience with making measurements in Korea before, or is this your first time? I'm going soon, but I'm not sure exactly what products I need to bring.
