Hi everyone! I'm Fitri from Jakarta. So I've been wanting to try aesthetic treatment in Korea for a while, but honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed by the total cost. Besides the treatment itself, there's the flight, hotel, and food, right? I've never traveled there alone, so I'm really confused about how to manage it.
What I want to know is, how long do people usually stay for treatment? Is a week enough or do they need more? And how many days before the treatment should I arrive so my body can relax? I'm afraid of flying and then going straight to the treatment schedule, because it'll just be stressful.
Also, I want to ask, has anyone ever planned to travel around Seoul while recovering? Or is it better to just stay mostly in a hotel? Budget-wise, I know how much the flight from Jakarta to Seoul is, but I'm still not sure about accommodation and the treatment itself. I prefer a cheap hostel or Airbnb, but I'm afraid it will make recovery complicated.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone could share their experience or tips on planning a trip like this! Thank you :)

Hi Petri! I think a week sounds like a good choice. Did you ever have a few days off before flying, or did you have to think carefully about why you chose that time? Did your doctors give you any advice before you left?
Hi Petri! I'm also considering a similar trip, so I really resonated with your post 😊 I think your concerns are all valid. A week should be a good amount of time, and you can leave a day or two to adjust to the time difference and your physical condition, which will make you feel more at ease. I'm currently researching guesthouses and hostels as well. I feel that as long as the environment is clean and comfortable, there shouldn't be too many problems during the recovery period! Looking forward to seeing your sharing~
